Fees & Billing
We are IN NETWORK with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and some therapists are also in network with United/Optum. Fees for insurance-based services are dependent upon YOUR plan. We will do our best to verify benefits PRIOR to sessions beginning, but ultimately you are responsible for any unpaid balanced by insurance so you may want to contact your insurance company to verify your own benefits prior to services. Below are our cash pay prices. You will never be billed more than the fees below:

Accessible Care
We believe mental health should be accessible to everyone which is why we have decided to contract with a wide variety of insurance companies including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and occasionally United and offer therapists at various price points for those without insurance or requesting services not covered by insurance (as is often with couples therapy).
Payments
We are in network with several major health insurance companies. Please contact us for information on your particular plan. Currently all therapists accept Cigna, Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). Some therapists also accept United/Optum. We do NOT currently contract with Medicaid or Medicare.
We accept all major credit cards and company HSA cards for payments.

We are happy to courtesy bill your insurance for out-of-network coverage or provide a superbill where needed.
