Mariselda “Mari” Moreno

When your child or teen is navigating difficult challenges such as peer problems, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, or school-related stress, they need a safe and supportive environment free of judgment to learn real skills to help them grow and thrive. I have a deep passion for working with children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds to gain positive change for their lives. With me you will find a safe space where individuals are empowered to express themselves openly in order to truly learn to understand and accept themselves.

My goals is for you to feel truly understood and to have confidence in the unique plan we create tailored to your specific needs. Together, we will work on developing specific tools and strategies to apply to your situation and meet your goals. We will take it one step further to make sure you know what to do should something happen again, or to make sure it does not. I am fully committed to my client’s well-being. My personal and professional history as school counselor gives me extra skills and insight to help students and families navigate challenges related to the school system as well.
